1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, you may not use the Services.

2. Your Content and Your Rights

Our Services may let you upload, import, create, and share content, such as files, audio, images, text, or location data. You keep ownership of the content you submit. You must hold the rights necessary to any content you upload, import, or extract, and you must not submit content that infringes the rights of others or breaks the law.

You grant us the limited, non-exclusive rights needed to host, store, process, display, and share your content as required to operate the Services and provide the features you use.

Where a Service produces a processed or derivative version of content you submit (for example, an edited file), your use of that output may be subject to the plan, subscription, or usage terms presented to you within the Service, and you remain responsible for holding the rights to the original.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• upload or distribute software or content intended to damage or alter a computer system or data;
• interfere with or place an undue burden on the Services or connected networks, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to them;
• harass or interfere with other users, or infringe their rights;
• use automated means to create multiple accounts, scrape or mine data, or generate excessive requests, except through an interface we expressly provide for that purpose;
• license, sell, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Services, or copy, modify, reverse engineer, or build a competing product from them, except as expressly permitted.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service (in whole or in part) at any time, and we may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms. We will not be liable to you or any third party for doing so.

4. Disclaimer

The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including, without limitation, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any results or materials obtained through them are accurate or reliable. We have no obligation to provide support or maintenance.

5. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall we or our suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use of or inability to use the Services, even if we have been notified of the possibility of such damage.

6. Third-Party Links and Services

The Services may link to, or rely on, websites and services operated by others. We have not reviewed all linked sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Use of any such site or service is at your own risk and subject to its own terms.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable at our principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions, and you submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located there.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

1. Information We Collect

We may collect the following, depending on which Services you use and how you use them:

• Account information you provide, such as an email address, phone number, or display name. Some Services may let you sign in through a third-party provider.
• Content you submit, such as files, audio, images, text, or location data.
• Usage and device data about how you interact with the Services, together with limited technical information such as IP address and browser or app details.
• Payment information when you make a purchase, processed by our payment providers. We may receive limited billing details (such as subscription status or the last four digits of a card) but do not store full payment-card numbers.

2. How We Use Your Information

We may use the information we collect to:

• provide, operate, and maintain the Services and store and process your content;
• process payments and manage subscriptions;
• understand usage and improve our products;
• diagnose errors and maintain stability and security;
• send service-related messages, such as account verification, sign-in codes, or password resets;
• prevent abuse and comply with the law.

3. Service Providers

We may rely on trusted third-party providers to operate the Services. They process data on our behalf, under their own terms, only as needed to provide their part of the Service. These may include providers of hosting and storage, content delivery, authentication, messaging (such as email or SMS), payment processing, analytics, advertising measurement, error and performance monitoring, abuse prevention, and content processing (which may include AI-based processing of content you submit).

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share personally identifying information publicly or with unrelated third parties, except as described here or where required by law.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

We and our providers may use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, cache content so the Services load quickly and work offline, and measure how the Services are used.

5. Data Retention and Security

We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Services and for legitimate business or legal purposes. Some Services may automatically delete uploaded content after a period of time. You may delete your content or your account using the in-app controls or by contacting us, and we will remove your associated data except where we are required to retain it for legal reasons. Note that deleting an account may not automatically cancel a subscription billed through an app store or other third party; you may need to cancel that separately.

6. Sharing and Visibility of Your Content

Some Services may let you share content through links or make it publicly available. Anything you share in this way may be viewed by anyone who has the link, and some Services may display certain profile details (such as a name or contact identifier) to people you collaborate or share with. Only share content and links with people you trust, and only submit content you are comfortable sharing in this way.

7. Children's Privacy

Our Services are not directed to children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction), and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

8. Your Rights

You may access, correct, or delete your personal information, and request deletion of your account, using the in-app controls or by contacting us. You are free to decline to provide certain information, with the understanding that some features may not work without it.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date below. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted will be deemed acceptance of those changes.
